Mit „Design to Cost“ liegt eine Methodik vor, die nicht nur International, sondern bereits auch in der Schweiz angewendet wird. Mit diesem Informationsabend geben wir einen Einblick in diese spannende Methode.

Gleichzeitig möchten wir in diesem Zusammenhang über neue Entwicklungen, wie dem ICMS (International Construction Measurement Standard) und deren potentiellen Auswirkungen in der Schweiz informieren. Ganz besonders freut es uns, Frau Mary Ann Reynolds FRICS, Country Manager vom RICS Switzerland, vorzustellen.

“DESIGN TO COST” Cost modelling

“Design to Cost” is a methodology that is applied not only internationally but also in Switzerland. With this info-evening event we give an insight into this state-of-the-art approach to cost planning.

At the same time, we would like to inform about new developments such as the ICMS (International Construction Measurement Standard) and its potential impact in Switzerland. We are especially pleased to introduce Mrs. Mary Ann Reynolds FRICS, Country Manager of RICS Switzerland.
