The next exciting chapter for Ecas AG’s international department in Eastern Europe

Ecas AG continues to strengthen its connection in Eastern Europe with its second major Lithuanian acquisition: the management of an agricultural and residential project.

As a direct result of our success on the challenging Lost Shtetl Museum project, alongside our international experience in 30+ countries, Ecas AG has successfully acquired this highly sought-after private development. The Lakeland project will further solidify Ecas AG’s involvement in Eastern Europe for several years to come.

Following a tough site selection process across Lithuania, with Ecas AG’s support our client has chosen the location of the agricultural and residential project. The project is currently in the strategic planning phase for which Ecas AG will provide client representative services, financial and contract control, and project management. We look forward to this exciting new project.

Das nächste spannende Kapitel für die Auslandsabteilung der Ecas AG in Osteuropa

Die Ecas AG baut ihre Verbindung in Osteuropa mit ihrer zweiten grossen litauischen Akquisition weiter aus: dem Management eines landwirtschaftlichen und Wohnprojekts.

Als direktes Ergebnis unseres Erfolgs beim herausfordernden Lost Shtetl Museum-Projekt sowie unserer internationalen Erfahrung in über 30 Ländern hat die Ecas AG diese sehr begehrte private Entwicklung erfolgreich erworben. Das Lakeland-Projekt wird das Engagement der Ecas AG in Osteuropa für mehrere Jahre weiter festigen.

Nach einem harten Standortauswahlprozess in ganz Litauen hat unser Kunde den Standort des Landwirtschafts- und Wohnprojekts in Litauen gutgeheissen. Das Projekt befindet sich derzeit in der strategischen Planungsphase, für die die Ecas AG Bauherrenvertretung, Finanz- und Vertragskontrolle sowie Projektmanagement Dienstleistungen erbringen wird. Wir freuen uns auf dieses spannende neue Projekt.
