Lost Shtetl – Ecas AG passes baton of construction management to Ekspertika

The Passing of the Baton

Following nearly 2 years of successfully managing the design team from architectural prequalification stage to now approved building permit application, Ecas this week passed the baton to Lithuanian construction manager Ekspertika under an international FIDIC contract in advance of the imminent start of construction.

Ecas will be retained throughout the construction period as client advisors on behalf of the project sponsors.

Exciting times ahead and we look forward to seeing how the project progresses.

Stabsübergabe

Nach fast zwei Jahren erfolgreicher Leitung des Designteams, von der Präqualifikation des Architekten, bis zum jetzt genehmigten Bauantrag übergab Ecas diese Woche im Vorfeld eines bevorstehenden Baustellenbeginns den Stab an den litauischen Bauleiter Ekspertika im Rahmen eines internationalen FIDIC-Vertrags.

Während der Bauphase verbleibt Ecas als Bauherrenberater der Projektsponsoren.

Es stehen interessante Zeiten vor uns. Wir schauen mit Zuversicht auf den Fortschritt des Projekts.
